Of course, this also applies to the topic of health. The BKK Dachverband e.V. is a pioneer of digitalisation in this area with its BGM 4.0 digitalisation campaign. The BKK Dachverband e.V. has the vision of developing the best digital health assistant for the 74 company health insurance funds.

The aim is to create a modern and appealing app for iOS and Android that serves the user as a digital assistant for individual stress prevention in the workplace.

To support people's individual health, the initiative BGM 4.0 develops outstanding products and services together with companies, politics, associations and science. In this context, we have created an outstanding app in cooperation with the TU Chemnitz, the TLEX Institute and our partner Hafenkrone, which allows users to learn how to deal with situational stress at work and how to balance work and private life in order to promote well-being and mental health.

The Phileo app for iOS and Android impresses with its innovative design and outstanding menu navigation. The scientifically based digital assistant provides the user with a lot of personalised information, exciting challenges and great offers on the topic of stress prevention and reduction in the workplace as well as "occupational health management". The topic of data protection was high on the agenda and no personal data is stored!
